Preparation Instructions:
 
Begin by thoroughly rinsing a handful of irish ea moss under cold water and then placing it in a container with enough water to cover it. Allow it to soak for 8 hours or more (preferably a day).
 
Pro Tip: To offset the taste, add the juice of one lemon/lime to the irish sea moss.
 
After soaking, remove the irish sea moss from the water and transfer it to a blender. Add about 2 parts spring water to sea moss (if you have 6oz of sea moss add 12oz of spring water) blend until you achieve a smooth gel. Your irish sea moss is now ready for use!
 
Store in an airtight container, keep refrigerated.
